Getting a domain name and a website is an investment that will help you get further. That's why we ask you to consider the long term benefit of the expences, and the long term benefit of being a client with a reputable webhosting service firm.

Buying a domain from enget-webhosting means that you approve and bound by the following conditions and regulations.

1. Decision of the domain name is permanent and final once registered
2. Once we register the domain name, we are charged a two year fee from the registrar. Thus we must charge you for the domain name. Misspelling of, or changing your mind, about the domain name, is a non-refundable expense on the client side, so think carefully before confirming the domain name.
3. Bonding period for a domain is two years. We charge the domain fee annually. Payment is due to eight (8) weeks prior to expiration of the domain name for ensuring renewal.
4. If you by some reason like to cancel your domain after one year, we will charge you for the minimum bonding time of two years to cover our expenses.
5. Packages can be upgraded for an additional fee when you need more storage space. Downgrading is possible, but we advice to keep the package for the paid period of time.
6. Moving of your domain name and your website is possible, but we require a two year commitment to Enget webhosting, as we believe in building relationships rather than dropping out to what may seem like a better offer.
7. Domains are thus only transferable on completion of our 2 year commitment contract or on payment of the whole 2 year contract amount.
8. Clients will be presented with a contract for signature upon by both parties, which state our and your obligations, conditions etc.
